Know More
Healthcare journeys are rarely linear. Patients revisit doctors, treatments overlap, and departments often work in isolation. Multivisit Scheduling explores how design can bring clarity to these recurring patterns, creating smoother workflows for doctors and patients alike.

The Challenge
By addressing these challenges directly, we empower hospitals to improve care coordination, reduce redundancy, and deliver smoother patient experiences with confidence.
In today’s complex healthcare systems, managing recurring visits is more challenging than ever. Many hospitals struggle with rigid EMRs, fragmented records, and inefficient scheduling that frustrates both doctors and patients. Without a unified structure for multi-visit journeys, providers face wasted time, repeated questioning, and missed opportunities for better outcomes. Additionally, departments such as oncology, dialysis, and physiotherapy require unique workflows that are difficult to align under one system. Multivisit Scheduling was created to bridge this gap by providing adaptable, high-quality design solutions that not only streamline visits but also enhance trust in care. We recognize the importance of clarity, efficiency, and adaptability in building systems that leave a lasting impact.

Solution
With a commitment to clarity, adaptability, and impact, Multivisit Scheduling transforms recurring healthcare visits into streamlined and efficient care journeys.
Multivisit Scheduling was developed to redefine how hospitals manage repeat visits by combining design research with technical system thinking. Our approach began with entity-relationship modeling to create a universal backend structure, followed by abstraction laddering and scheduling matrices to capture departmental logic. We built shift audit tables to balance staff capacity with patient demand, ensuring practicality in day-to-day use. Through iterative prototypes and stakeholder feedback, every feature was refined to serve a clear purpose—streamlining visits while preserving clinical precision. Tested across oncology, dialysis, and physiotherapy, the framework adapts seamlessly without re-engineering. By blending robust logic, scalable design, and cross-department adaptability, Multivisit Scheduling provides hospitals with a system that reduces redundancy, improves outcomes, and is built to grow into the future.

Concept
This concept represents a new era of healthcare design—one where adaptability and strategy work hand in hand to create meaningful patient and doctor experiences.
Multivisit Scheduling is built on the idea that hospital systems should be more than just digital record-keepers—they should simplify journeys, reduce stress, and leave a lasting impact. This concept project embodies the perfect balance of clinical precision and usability, ensuring that every feature serves a real purpose. With a strong emphasis on adaptability, collaboration, and seamless execution, Multivisit Scheduling is designed to help hospitals craft workflows that are both efficient and humane. Our goal is to push the boundaries of traditional EMRs by blending technology, design, and strategy into a cohesive experience. Whether it’s oncology, dialysis, physiotherapy, or dental care, Multivisit Scheduling focuses on delivering solutions that streamline, empower, and inspire confidence in care.
